MAEF Board Committees

The Mahtomedi Area Educational Foundation depends upon a community of dedicated volunteers to conduct organizational business. Much of our work is done on a committee level. Committees are comprised of board members and community members with a passion for the committee's work. Committee meetings are held throughout the year. Committees include:

Community Engagement Committee

Organizes special events and implements strategies to increase awareness of MAEF throughout the community.

Oversees the development and implementation of MAEF's Development Plan, incorporating multiple fundraising strategies and identifying and soliciting support from external funding sources.

Provides oversight of MAEF's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and fiscal policies and procedures.
