Carole Fargo Summer Enrichment Scholarship for Visual Arts Students

Carole Fargo was a teacher at Wildwood Elementary, principal at O.H. Anderson elementary and assistant superintendent in Mahtomedi Public Schools. After a courageous battle with ALS/Lou Gehrigs disease, her will established a financial endowment to the Comprehensive Arts Planning Program (CAPP).

The Carole Fargo Scholarship will provide funds (up to $500), upon written application, for talented, creative and serious students in need of financial assistance to attend a visual arts summer camp program of activity in one of the following areas: drawing, design, painting, print media, film/video, website design, sculpture, decorative arts, applied arts and literary arts. Applicants must be a student in Mahtomedi Public Schools currently in grades K - 11.

Carole Fargo Scholarship application will be made available February 1, 2018. Applications are due April 6, 2018. Decisions will be communicated to applicants by late April.
