Criteria:
Demonstrated financial need
Participation in extracurricular activities or community related activities (may include: athletics, band, choir, drama, Student Leadership Council, debate, theater, volunteerism and other non-required activities)
Demonstrated good character
Maintained at least a 3.0 GPA OR ranks in the top 1/3 of the class
Plans to attend a post-secondary 4 year accredited college or university
